Welcome to our new calendar!

We have created a real time calendar, maintained by the Church Office, which displays all relevant events, services, meetings, etc., dates and times, rooms at which they are held, and pertinent information.

On the upper right corner of the calendar are buttons for daily/weekly/monthly display of events. There is also an “Agenda” choice which lists dates and events in a column format. With any of the calendar formats, you can scroll from one period to the next clicking on the arrows in the upper left corner. The information displayed can be printed (click print button).

Next to the Agenda button is an arrow that opens up a drop down box of individual rooms in the church. Each room is color coded. You can select just the rooms you are interested in seeing calendar information. This is an excellent tool when looking for an open time in a specific room.

Click on an event on the calendar and additional details will appear. Where a time says “Busy” that means that the room has been reserved for a non-church event (rentals, nursery school use, etc.).

Sundays display special service information and the minister scheduled to give the sermon.

We hope you find the calendar beneficial not only to look up “happenings” at the church but also as a tool to find open times to schedule future meetings and events.

Once you have identified the availability of a room just complete the event reservation form and mail to the church or email - .
