- Foyer Greeter: Foyer greeter should be at the door 20 minutes before the start of church to welcome people and remain for at least 10 minutes after the doors close to welcome late comers. These may be new people so this is especially important.

- Service Greeter: Remember, if you are doing the service greetings, write down who lights candles and what the candle is for. Send this information to Board members, ministers and all staff.
