Seems like we are doing a lot of tinkering around here these days! We are tinkering with the order of service, and now we are tinkering with the configuration of administrative staff. Our challenge is to make the best use of the people we have on staff and to keep the personnel budget in line. What follows is a Frequently Asked Questions document that should make it easy for all of you to work with the new system so that your committees and programs are well supported. Highlights
of the changes are:
- The administrative office will now be fully staffed Tuesday through Friday
- Tasks have been redistributed so that each staff member’s workload is cohesive and makes sense
- We have set up new email addresses to make it easier to submit items for Soundings, the eblast, and the order of service.
