Relax, refresh, revitalize with Qigong. Offered through TUCW Adult Faith Formation.
Qigong is a type of “moving meditation.” We will learn how to coordinate gentle movement and relaxed breathing to both energize and calm the body.
It’s easy on the joints, and improves posture, balance, and coordination. We’re honored to have Julie Moffat offering this program. She’s an exceptionally gifted and highly trained Qigong teacher based in Fairfield.
Tuesdays, 6:00-7:00 PM
October 12 – November 13 (join any of the remaining sessions)
On ZOOM
What to wear: Comfortable loose clothing; sneakers or barefoot!

Suggested donation of $5.00/class to The Unitarian Universalist Congregation in Westport appreciated: VENMO (“The Unitarian Universalist Congregation in Westport”, or @TUCW-1) or vop.tucw.org. Be sure to put Qigong in the memo line.
