We gather for inspiration and to support each other in shared presence. We become mindful of the moment, notice our breath, and open our hearts to compassion for all beings. We spend time in silent meditation, finding refuge, rest and renewal. We act with loving kindness.
The guide is Janet Luongo. She is certified as a teacher of yoga and meditation, and has studied the Vedas at yoga ashrams, through the Self Realization Lessons of Paramahansa Yogananda, and with Shanti Mission, a modern-day School for Soul focused on the compassion of the feminine divine.
