What I Love about Islam” – Rev. Dr. M’ellen Kennedy
The tension and misunderstandings between the Islamic World and the West are costly and severe. Ali, the cousin of the prophet said, “People are afraid of what they don’t understand.” Many of us Westerners have very little exposure to and thus understanding of Islam. This worship service is an opportunity to bridge this gap and to open our hearts and minds to what valuable life lessons we can gain from this powerful and inspiring religious tradition.
