In order to better coordinate the many fundraising events that are critical to the success of this church, the Board of Trustees established a Fundraising Policy that requires advance notice and approval of all fundraising activities.
Posted above is a form for fundraiser proposals and approval. The PDF form can be downloaded, completed, and printed from your computer. There is also a PDF sample form for handling and reporting cash funds collected during fundraisers. Printed versions of both forms are also available in the church business office.
All fundraisers require review and approval. Even if your fundraiser is already on the calendar, you will need to fill out the form in order to proceed.
Completed forms must be submitted to the Director of Operations at least 45 days in advance of the proposed fundraiser. Once approved, the Director of Operations will notify the proposers and schedule an orientation on necessary cash handling and reporting procedures.
