The Right Relations Team was formed in January of 2024 by Rev Alan Taylor. Initially named “Transforming Conflict Team,” we changed the name to “Right Relations” in September 2024 to be in alignment with the UUA’s name for this vitally important congregational work. Our purpose is to assure that our culture continues to move towards a healthy and thriving environment for the spiritual and covenantal work we are called to do. Every single aspect of our congregational life is directly impacted by the presence or absence of right relations. Currently we are focused on institutionalizing the co-creation of a congregational wide Living Covenant process and practice that, like chalice lighting, will put covenant front and center in all Congregational activities, especially meetings.
