Our Directors of Music

Director of Music

Micah-KrajcaEmail Micah Krajca – (203) 227-7205 ext. 18

Micah Krajca is a dedicated music educator and choral director who views his service as a way to connect with and inspire others through music. He works to make music accessible and strives to create inclusive, supportive environments that use music as a vessel for building bridges, fostering artistic growth, and developing confidence in singers of all ages. Whether leading youth choirs, directing adult ensembles, or guiding musical theater productions, Micah works to make music engaging and rewarding.

A Summa Cum Laude graduate with a Bachelor of Science in All-level Music, Choral Emphasis, from Texas A&M University-Commerce, Micah currently directs the Greenwich A Cappella HS Ensemble, helping students refine their vocal technique and develop a love for performance. He is also an active member of renowned adult choral organizations such as the Empire City Men’s Chorus and the Choral Chameleon Ensemble, bringing a versatile and dynamic approach to his teaching and conducting.

In addition to his work with youth singers, Micah has directed multiple ensembles as a choral director for Plano West Senior High and Rockwall High School, where he coached students for All-State auditions and music-directed several theatrical productions. He also served as Music Director at First Presbyterian Church in Commerce, Texas, and has most recently served as the bass section leader at St. Peter’s Church in New York, leading musical services and spiritual gatherings for congregations.

At UU Westport, Micah looks forward to working with the adult choirs and collaborating with the Assistant Music Directors to create a welcoming, community-centered environment. He is committed to fostering relationships through music, empowering individuals, and deepening connections within the congregation.
