Board of Trustees – 9 members elected to 3-year terms in a 3-3-3 rotation. Maximum of 2 consecutive terms or 6 consecutive years.
- Responsible for the supervision and direction (i.e., setting policy) of the affairs of the Congregation in fiscal matters, in governance and in achieving its mission.
- Elects own President, VP, Secretary & Treasurer
- Time commitment (4-10 hours/month):
- Monthly meetings (Sep-Jun)
- Special projects
- Annual retreat
Committee on Ministry – 5 members elected to a single 5-year term. One member elected at each annual meeting.
- Responsible for making sure the congregation is fulfilling its mission and values through its programs. Provides consultation, education, conflict management and assessment to the leaders and congregation.
- Elects own co-chairs
- Time commitment (3-5 hours/month):
- Monthly meetings
- Special projects
Endowment Committee – 5 members elected to a single 5-year term. One member elected at each annual meeting.
- Accountable to the congregation for receiving, investing and managing in a prudent manner all contributions to the Endowment Fund of the church.
- Elects own co-chairs.
- Time commitment (8-10 hours/year):
- Quarterly 2-hour meetings (4 total)
Nominating Committee – 5 members elected to a single 2-year term. Two or three members elected at each annual meeting.
- Responsible for the preparation of a slate of qualified nominees for election at the annual meeting.
- Elects own co-chairs.
- Time commitment (15-25 hours / year, mostly between Jan and Apr):
