For over 50 years, the Appalachia Service Project has been committed to making homes warmer, safer, and drier for Appalachian families. During their weeklong work detail, TUUCW youth will provide critical repairs to raise homes out of substandard conditions in Jonesborough, TN, and at the same time establish meaningful, long-lasting relationships with homeowners and other fellow volunteers.

Our youth will work together to learn about themselves and each other in a healthy and safe manner in a new place with its unique people and culture, and to provide vital service work for a community in need.

Ticket sales and silent auction proceeds from this Benefit Variety Show represent the culmination of an eight-month endeavor of cooperation, learning, and focused fundraising efforts.
